I am in Ann Arbor and have HP Tuners if that would help you.
To write another PCM costs 2 credits which comes to $100; I don't know if a segment swap costs another credit or two.

Just need to send the base file and the swap file to hptuners - they'll swap the segment for free.

You should determine the exact steps to do the segment swap.
Based on what nocooler said, this is a possibility:
1. Bring your PCM to me; I will read the current tune into a file. (The base file)
2. I don't know where to find the swap file, probably somewhere on this site.
3. Send the base file and swap file to HPTuners.
4. They send the merged file back to me.
5. I write the merged file into your PCM (which cost me 2 credits).
6. You take the PCM back and test it in your car.

I won't mind spending the time since I would like to learn more about this.
Of course, there might be an easier or cheaper way for you to do this, e.g. maybe send the PCM to a good mail-order tuner like Frost.

I got the base files for mine from the hptuners repository.

You'll still need someone to fully tune the trans after the segment is done as it'll have the stock truck settings.

I assumed the OP already has a tune for his particular engine, cam, intake, etc. He should start with that and not a stock or other tune.

Correct start with the most recent "tune" on the car. But due to the way segment swap works you may need to correct some of the engine tables as they might have some sections "tweaked" by the segment swap.

The trans side of things will be the stock 4l80 settings in the file you send them to segment swap.

Ideally you'd want to review the file after the segment swap to correct anything that got tweaked and then make adjustments for the trans and then flash. As we all know it might take a couple tries to get the trans shifting the way you want it and the timing right.
