Default vibration in neutral while coasting

My car has a vibration in neutral while coasting above 40 mph. Once I put back in gear it stops. Also I can be doing about 60 and let off the gas and I get a quick grind noise. Any idea what that could be...I should also add I had a busted trans mount and torque ARM mount which I replace with poly mount

Poly mounts amplify the tiniest problems. Replace it with a stock mount and you will likely be fine. Search this forum for "poly mount" to find dozens of similar threads.

Yeah, a grinding noise when you let off the gas could a misaligned pinion/ring gear in the rear end.

Will any aftermarket rubber trans mount work or oem only? Does checking pinion angle require certain tools??

You need an angle finder to check pinion angle/driveline angle..

You can buy a cheapy @ harbor freight or a digital @ sears

There are also free aps for iPhone (and probably Android) that are surprisingly accurate.

You would have to remove the DS to look at it, also Inspect the housing and bushing as they can go bad and then the DS wiggles in the housing!

I would check the pinion angle. Easy to do and easy to fix. U-joints could also be going bad, not real common but possible.
