I'm looking for some suggestions or input on what size stall would work best for my set up. Im planning to shift at 7200-7400 rpm and squeez a 200shot. I was recommended a stall to flash to 5000-5200rpm on motor and 5400-5600 on the 200shot. The car is going to be a full drag car. Any suggestions would be great.

The stall should be designed to be about 0 to 500 RPM below your torque peak. This will allow the car to accelerate from the dig with the most acceleration, and allow strong pull on gear changes. The 200 shot will change your torque output and will end up compromising the torque converter stall selection. Either you design the converter for use without the 200 shot and let the N2O runs stall wherever they end up or you design for N2O and let the N/A runs fall wherever they do. It really depends what your goals are, best ET N/A or best on N2O? If I were you I would setup for N/A and let the N2O runs fall where they end up.

We could get you close to the motor numbers, but with the 200 shot, the converter is going to have a flash increase of more than 400 rpm. I would think 4500 range on motor would flash around 5500 on the juice. That we could do for you.
