trans pressure Vs trans temp Can low trans pressure, very soft shifts, and shifting to fast at low speeds cause higher trans temps?

How do you know the trans pressure is low? Why is it low?
Low trans pressure will cause frictions to slip causing heat.
Generally faster shifts cause less heat.
