4l60e with new PTC 36-3800 converter.. Ok I have a built tranny with a new converter. It will lock up when the temps are cool but if it gets close to 200.. will quit locking up and also will not stall over 1982 rpms while on the brake.. hooked HP up on the car and can see everything but no clue what is wrong..
