Default Must have upgrades for 4L80e in swap

I have a 2004 6.0L(LQ4) swapped into my older Toyota Land Cruiser(think S10 sized)

It currently has an NV4500 but overall, I've not been happy with the transmission(possible bad rebuild) so I'm giving serious thoughts to 4L80e swap.

It currently has 35" tires and 4.88 gears.

I do not have the transmission in hand yet and am still looking for one.

The cruiser is a daily driver and offroad use(rock crawling) It will see some "mild" towing duties.

The engine is mostly stock but have considered a turbo.

My question is what are must do upgrades when I get the transmission rebuilt?

I'm looking at anything that could be done to make the transmission more durable, shift well, and keep cool. Planetary gears, pump, etc?

i would also suggest a vacuum modulator instead of the line pressure solenoid and a shift kit.

Pardon my ignorance... my google-fu is failing me.

What does the vacuum modulator gain me?

Is it worth upgrading things like the input shaft, drums, intermediate shaft, etc?

input shaft is a good upgrade. I'm sure one of the guys will come in here and suggest other stuff. The vacuum modulator adjusts line pressure by the amount of vacuum coming off the brake booster. More throttle equals more line pressure. This also eliminates the line pressure solenoid going bad and causing issues down the road. My trans builder got a plate from Jakes and did a modulator on my 4L80 and it is awesome. It's pretty tame around town but when you get on it it shifts hard
