Default 4L80E Blocking 3rd Accumulator

When blocking the 3rd accumulator, is this the passage that is blocked with a set screw?



And if the 4th was to be blocked the matching port in the adjacent bore would be blocked, correct?

That is correct. Use a 5/16th tap and go down a fair ways and use accordingly sized set screws to block it off.
