Hi guys
last year i bought a 1997 Chevy camaro and i don't know why , but it doesn't have L1 in the shifter...
this was not really good , so i tried to fix it



i am going to explain you how to fix it in your car , if you have the same problem

1- open this two bolts inside the console



2- push the black piece down, the white thing goes up . turn it to the left and remove it ( be careful to do not loose them)



3-pull this C-clip off




4- here is some plastic that wouldn't allow you too move the shifter backward. Cut it and remove it




5- give that piece too your friend to eat that ( very important)




Now you can use your L1 !
