Default 4l80e swap problems

OK, I did the swap in my Studebaker. I went the segment swap route and it didnt seem to work. I read the relay mod thread and swapped over to that, reflashed my PCM and am still having issues. So far all I have done is eliminate a couple DTC's and it is shifting "somewhat". It will shift 1-2 very hard, 2-3 is sluggish and never shifts out to overdrive. The convertor doesn't seem to lock and when at 55-60 it slips in and out. What settings am I missing? I have hptuners...but am pretty green at it. I PM'd slow67, but haven't heard back yet. I don't mind paying for his efforts, I need my truck going again! I'll post my tune in just a bit

Here's my tune. It worked great with the 60e until it died!

It was showing
P0740
P0785
P1860

I went and deleted the DTCs for those codes but it still drives the same. I'm at a loss with this thing!

You disabled the codes in HPTuners? No error reported?

OK,
I think you possibly have the A solenoid staying on, when it shifts to "3rd" and you are shifting from 2nd directly to 4th.
Have you tried to manually command the gear changes in HPTuners scanner?
Have you calculated rpm vs. speed to determine if you are in 3rd or 4th?

so, the weather finally cleared up enough so I drove the truck to work. It seems to shift hard from 1-2 but the 60 did that too. The biggest issue seems to be 3rd gear. It acts like the convertor locks at first but then slips in and out. I have to get the revs and speed up and it will shift over into fourth and "seems" to be okay.

I havent run a scan yet as my laptop battery crapped out.

Any ideas??
