I highly recommend a Yank SS4000

I have an SS3800 with 2.73 gears and it doesn't even feel like a converter is in there. Its that tight. Also another good choice is a TCI SSF3500, everyone seems to love them.

Also try the search function, this question has been asked a million times....literally

I would go with ths TCI SSF3500 or the Vig3200. Both are great converters for the street and strip.
