Default Mounting TH350 To 5.3 - Are my parts correct?

Hey everyone,

Gonna be doing an LS swap soon, and I'm keeping my TH350. Just checking that this is all I need, and if you used something different to mate your LS to a TH350/400, please share what items you used!

So, assuming I will be starting with an 02 5.3, which has the dished flex plate, I would nee..

From GM Parts Direct:

Spacer: 12563532
Bolt: 19257940 (anyone know if this is for one bolt or 6?)

and then I'll have to elongate the holes a tad. Is that it?

Also, Summit sells this spacer, too:

But I would still need bolts for that, and it's $13 more than the GM spacer.

How am I lookin fellas, all good?

Go with the the GM spacer which bolts in; I recall a few complaints about the Summit spacer rattling around and causing noise.

According to my notes you need 6 of those bolts. I recall a kit on Summit that included the GM spacer and the 6 bolts at a slightly better price, but I cannot now find it.
