precision Industries Does anyone know if it is better to call them or e-mail them. Some companies won't respond to one or the other. Just need to contact them about doing a restall.

Call them someone will answer the phone. Email is hit or miss. When I called to send back my Vig for a rebuild the turn around time was excellent, they contacted me after they got the TC and discussed options, I was very please with their service.
