Default 4l80 lock up rpm drop

How much should rpm drop when converter locks up? Mine only drops 100 rpm . My truck on the other hand drops like 300 rpm I'm using a tci controller so I don't know if that has anything to do with it

100 sounds kind of low...can you check the TCC slip with a scanner? Should be zero when locked.

Could easily be the converter not fully locking. Not sure, but maybe there is a way to monitor the TCC slip with the EZ-TCU, then you would know.
