Default VERY HARD jerk when putting car in drive .. Tranny mount?

Just like the title says, the transmission will "slam" into gear very hard when I shift into drive. When I shift into reverse, it only slightly does it. The car just started doing this today. I have had cars with bad MOTOR mounts before, and you can barely just feel the car move a bit... which makes me think tranny mount.

Is this a symptom of a tranny mount? Or is it possibly motor mount? I will get under the car and check them later. Just curious your guys' thoughts.

It could also be due to high line pressure in the trans, which in turn could be due to the PCM showing a code for a sensor problem. Use a scanner to check for codes as some codes do not immediately turn on the "Check engine light".
