Default Got my yank 3600ss installed and broke in!!!!

This thread is aimed toward guys and gals unsure of what first mods to do on their 4th gen body. Ive been following this forum for a while and heard a lot of good things about yank converters. I decided on buying from them and I haven't yet regretted it, they do have good customer service for supposedly being a one man operation. They got back to us about a tranny cooler recommendation in less than a day.

I digress, if your thinking about an aftermarket stall in your tranny. Don't hesitate on the 3600ss or another One in yanks lineup. My car feels amazing compared to the stock converter On my 4l60e. It drives similar to stock if you drive it easy.when you get on it from a dead stop it's literally a night and day difference from bone stock.and the lockup is real nice for the highway. We also did subframe connectors and a trans cooler which I highly recommend.

Others make great converters too, but there's a reason it's the most popular converter on this forum.

the lock-up feature make the torque convertor act like a manual clutch with a 1:1 in/out of the convertor eliminating slippage.

I'm on my 2nd SS3600. I had one in my vette and am getting one installed in my T/A. Great street/strip converter and loves nitrous.
