Default Powerglide converter ?'s

I recently bought a glide to go in my 5.3 build and I was wondering what type of stall I would need and what budget converter I should buy. Its a cam, carb intake 5.3 that I plan on spraying. Powerglide is a tci with a pro brake. I plan on reusing the stock flywheel with a spacer.

If you are dead set on using a spacer, there will be lots of choices, but you will probably have to drill the 5.3 flexplate as most of these types of converters do not use the LS 11.06" bolt circle. Just 10.75 and 11.5. We use a billet front with the correct bolt pattern and pilot length so it's a simple bolt in affair. Probably not much more expensive than a traditional glide converter either. Shoot me a pm for pricing if interested.
