4l80e wont shift into 4th intermittently

Default 4l80e wont shift into 4th intermittently
driving normally i never have an issue, if I get on it then go back to driving normal is when i occasionally cant get the car to shift into OD. Its a 2000 transam and computer tuned with hp tuners. the trans still functions normal in whatever gear its in it just wont shift into 4th. that after a few minutes or after I shut it down it will be back to normal again.

Is it at operating temps? Mine wouldn't shift into final gear unless it got warm enough. Saves the tranny for a while.

No codes, and it will shift into 4th as soon as I start driving it. Only have the problem after I beat on it once in a while
