4l80e TCC not locking
I have been trying to chase this problem down all summer. I have it set to lock around 72km/h in 4th gear. I do not see any lockup. While logging it shows the brake pedal correct (engaged/released when need be) However when using Scan Tool when I go to the DVT tab it allows me to lock it up manually.
Any idea's? Also maybe this has to do with the same issue...I dried to do a Crank Relearn yesterday and it wouldnt even allow me to click CASE. Nothing happened. I was doing some digging around. Is there more than 1 wire that needs to be grounded when in park/neutral on the 80e?
Currently All I have hooked up for a Neutral safety is PIN#34.
I verified last night with my Relay that PIN#33 gets 12V when the brake is released and gets 0V when the brake is pressed.
Here is a rundown of the combo
1987 Camaro
1997 4L80e (rebuilt with HD-2)
Precison Industries triple disk
99 411 PCM upgraded to 2002 OS
COS03- 3 Bar
2002 4l80e Segmant swap
2005 5.3L
