Newbie too this just needed some help in the band is it good or should i replace it?thanks in advance!!

Bands are really cheap and are a part that wears. If it has any sort of mileage on it I'd feel more comfortable replacing it.

replace it..has some burns on the sides and there only 25 bucks new

Thanks for confirming that. I thought it looked like burns but I wasn't sure.

Check the Reverse Input Drum for flatness as well, A new Delco drum with bushings is around $100.

^^^ Exactly what I thought looking at your picture. The burnt outsides suggest the reverse drum is concave.
