TH400 line pressure too low??

Default TH400 line pressure too low??

Got a built th400 at idle the line pressure is around 200psi in all gears. In reverse and neutral with the trans brake engaged its around 125psi. Is 125 too low for those two gears? Fluid is good (Hygard)

Pressure with Trans Brake engaged

Checked TB valve and servo cover, both are good no leaks. Any ideas out there??
