Default 4l80e moves forward in reverse and neutral

Just finished my swap in my sierra, fired the truck up today, and the truck moves forward in reverse, and N. Also in park, revving it seems like it's trying to moved also and feels like it's binding up. Trans is a junkyard unit. Have read that it could be the bands are fused together. Any thoughts?

Forward clutches are cooked. Remove, repeat.

So a basic rebuild kit should have the parts needed to fix this?

Yes,
assuming the root cause isn't a hard part concern.

If the clutches are burnt, there is a reason. Forward clutches usually fail due to general low pressure. Possibly low fluid, failed pump, or other issue.
