Default help with stall for my DD

Hi All,
Im building a 5.3 with the 4l60e for my 64 El Camino.
I plan on using a mild cam tr224 114 which gets me to my question.
How much stall should I get this is my daily driver and I don't want to be
locking up at 2500rpm. I don't know squat about this subject so any input would be appreciated.

Thanks George

I have a 2800 converter in my car and hardly notice its in there now. what gears in the rear and how much freeway driving. My car locks the converter at 42 mph so above that there's no slippage.

On a budget the trailblazer stall seems to fit your build quite well.
