Default HD2 shift kit and pinless accumulator

Fitment of the pinless 4th accumulator with the HD2 yellow spring seems difficult at best. If installed/oriented as per directions, the spring is too tall for the accumulator to travel in the bore correctly. If I flip the accumulator piston, it looks like it might work correctly......but this is against all directions. Thoughts??

Install spring first and then piston with dome up.

The separator plate will hold the 4th accumulator piston in place. You cannot use the pinless setup on the 2nd accumulator. 4th and forward accumulator only.

Correct. But just to verify/confirm.....the pinless 4th accumulator piston can indeed be "flipped" to accommodate the yellow transgo spring without any ill effects....correct?
