I had my trans built last year and once installed the car had a really loud wine or hydraulic hydrostatic noise when the car is moving 30 and up its really loud at 60 .. i am really sure its not the rear end i had that rebuilt this year and the noise is still there. What would cause this noise ? This has jakes stage 2 rebuild kit with jakes tb and billet shafts. Trans shift fine under normal drive and even 900 plus wot pulls just this noise is bad ... i have thought about selling my set up to go to built 6 sp but need to know whats wrong and fix it

try replacing the filter

I have one that sounded like a gear drive. Louder than hell.
Ended up being a defective (new) set of pump gears.
New gears problem solved.

I looked up pump gear . Looks like i can pull the front cover off the trans and replace it easy? Or should a trans shop do that?. Its loud.. but i dont have any slipping issues
