Smart Shift PADDLE SHIFTER any reviews out there? Ive googled, ive searched here and ive looked on summit and jegs still cant find a single review on this product.

Performance Automatic has another addition to its electronic Street Smart Systems line. The Smart Shift Paddle Shifter is designed to provide paddle shifting capability to your Muscle Car or Street Rod with the look and feel of an OEM system. I suspect it only works with their own Trans controller which only supports the 4L60E and 4L80E.
Some cars with 6L80E were available with factory paddle shifters; however wiring the OEM parts to a non-OEM steering wheel would probably be very complex.
