Default will a 4L70E work in a 2001 F body?

looking to do a M6 to A4 swap in my 2001 Procharged Camaro ,

My friend has a fully built 4L70E tranny that came out of his Trail Blazer SS that hes looking to sell.

just need to know if i can use this transmission in my car and if the Factory F body automatic transmission wire harness and ECM will work on it .

thank you for your help

Yes, it will work perfectly with no changes to the harness, tune, PCM or anything else.

Out of curiosity, would the tbss trans be a direct swap if it's the 2wd version?

That should work just fine too; just be sure it is a '08 or EARLIER as an incompatible change was made to the Valve body and solenoids around '09.
