New 4l65e 2-3 flare.. Ideas?

I would start by putting a pressure gauge on it. It should be around 60 psi at idle in Park and Drive, 150 in Reverse. Importantly when you blip the throttle, it should jump to around 200 psi.
A MAF or TPS issue could prevent the PCM from command max line pressure, causing the flare.

It's a tci deep pan. Kinda torquing me off.. Just got it back from the dyno, he said everything looks great on the computer, tranny has 160 miles on it.. With a new yank 3000.

Put the Pressure gauge on it as suggested. DO NOT let it do this, get out of the throttle immediately. Pressures must be right, otherwise it will not last. Make sure it has the Corvette servo, (you must have this) if not, add it asap.

I ended up taking it to the dealer.. They called GMPP and they said no it's to much HP for that tranny. They told me it is slipping bad at 3/4 to full throttle.. But the dyno said it was not slipping. They would cover the parts but not labor... Now what..
And they said it does have the corvette servo..
Also they said the line pressure was good. Up to 220.

I would put a pressure gauge on it while driving to be sure the pressure really is 220 at high throttle.
A completely stock 4L65E should be able to handle that power level with little trouble. I suspect the PCM is not command max pressure at high throttle. Or the trans wasn't built correctly.

It shouldn't have burnt a clutch that quick, That's a fact. If they go in & throw frictions in it......That will not fix the problem. I would demand another unit...

I spoke with them yesterday for 2 hours, both the service manager and parts manager agree it should hold that power. So when he pulls it appart he is going to look it all over very good to see where the problem is.. They will not do another tranny because GM is being dicks about it..
And I have thought about the PCM...
