I had the same problem with the email, phone not being answered and calls not being returned.

It is almost like Yank does not want to do business.

Yank is in the process of moving their shop to Nevada. They're looking to be finished by July 4th. They will be adding much more converter building capacity and manpower so that phone calls and emails will no longer go unanswered and unreturned. It's impossible to keep up with phone calls and emails when you're spending all your time trying to keep up with the demand of building more converters than is humanly possible. John, it's not that Yank doesn't want to do business, it's just that they haven't had the capacity to keep up with the demand lately.

I'm expecting that the customer service and supply issues at Yank will soon be a thing of the past.

The problem with the emails is there address isn't correct, its like that address no longer exist, you get a mail deilvery retrun notice as its an unknown address.

Well I'm just curious why after the move has finished people are still bitching about not being able to get in touch with Mike. Or for that matter anyone at Yank. I know he is losing a butt load of business to TCI because of his lack of response on most matters and then the turn of the head on warranty work

Well Yank isn't getting my business.

If they want to know what customer service is all about they might wanna watch how Kevin at TCI operates and helps out his customers, even from the other side of the globe.
