Default hydraulic fluid 4l60e

I have been trying to research running hydraulic fluid in my 4L60.
The reading that I have done it says it drops Temps and tightens the stall a little.
Everyone that runs it seems to run it in their race car, and changes the fluid after every race event.

What I want to know is if anyone is using it in a daily driver, and if so, how long do you go between fluid changes.

I was planning on going with hygard or o'reillys 303. And change trany fluid when I change the motor oil.

We had a long thread on it 4 years ago:

I suspect ATF is 98% hydraulic fluid with some additives to reduce foaming, let the frictions engage more smoothly and red dye.
