Default 4L60E feels like going to Neutral

I was thinking the trans was taking a dump on me but thinking more into it i dont think thats the case.
The problem is that on the 2-3 shift it feels like it just goes to neutral. Once i get fully off the gas then i can feel it go ahead and shift and i can get back on the gas and it will run like normal.

Im going to get the tuner to look again at the shift points and make sure everything is in line with rpm and mph.

Most likely you have discovered the #1 problem with the 4L60E - the 3/4 clutch fails and you loose high throttle 2-3 shifts.
Looking at your times with a relatively heavy truck, a stockish 4L60E won't last long.
You will need a performance rebuild; a rebuilt trans from a sponsor is highly recommended as the "premature failure rate" of local rebuilds is very high in performance applications.

Yes i was reading a thread in the stickies and the guy described my problem to the T as what his issue was. I seen your reply as the 3-4 assembly wears thin and allows the disks to "cone". Fluid is clean red with just a hint of black on the rag and smells good so i know for certain with that and the sound of the engine its not slipping, its just not making the gear change under load.
This is the original 05 transmission that i instaled a Transgo HD-2 (well half of), vette servo, and billet OD servo. Has a TCI 3600 converter. I feel blessed as to it has lasted 88k miles with 50k of it under this current load.

Tuning issues usually don't cause 2-3 shift flares.....It would just stay in 2nd & hit the rev limiter....Not Neutralize (1st gear), Like you describe.

2-3 flare is usually leaking 3rd accumulator which has caused damage to 3rd clutch or will after a short while, there are also other points where 3rd clutch could be losing pressure internally of course at the input shaft and stator support bushings and seals
