4l60e Sunnax pinless 1-2 and transgo sk4l60e
Hey there, just doing a few things to my 4l60e and have a few questions
First off its a 2003 4l60e
Installed trans go sk4l60e (mostly) not theven hd2
Sunnax 3-4 pinless accumulator
Sunnax 1-2 pinless accumulator
Sunnax forward pinless accumulator
Corvette 2-4 apply piston
Superior super hold 4th servo
TransGo hardened separator plate
Sunnax .490 boost valve
So it's back together except I'm questioning some things, the 1-2 accumulator. So my question is do i keep factory Springs or use the transgo shift? I see you can't use them from the hd2 kit but they are different in the sk4l60e kit. My kit there are 3 and all go on one side of the piston. The hd2 i believe theybare solit on each side fot the hd2. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Mark

The HD2 kit uses a spring on each side of the 1-2 accumulator piston. That does not work with the Sonnax Pinless piston (*). Stick with the two stock pistons on the side away from the separator plate and drill a larger feed hole as mentioned above and as listed in the HD2 instructions.
* Dana documented how to modify the pinless piston to use the split HD2 springs, but that seems like a lot of work.
