Default Flush or rebuild

Trans has been shifting fine till the past two weeks and I started to feel a slight slip under light throttle. It has a shift kit and I have a diablo tuner so the line pressure is bumped up a tad. Less than 75k miles on the rebuild Noticed yesterday it had a noticeable delay going into reverse so i decided to drop the pan. I planned on just flushing it, new filter and putting dex 3 back in. Do yall think the amount of material in the pan calls for a rebuild?

Are those chunks on the magnet? Or clumps of fine dust?

I just dropped the pan on the 60E in my sister's trailblazer and it looked way worse than that. Slapped it back together and she drove it 1000 miles to Florida. We'll see if it makes the trip back home, lol.

If you think thats bad break open the filter and look at whats in there.
I've seen total 3-4 clutch loss and the pan looked like that, all the crap was in the filter.
If it slips it needs a rebuild.

I thought that Dex6 is now recommended by GM for transmissions.

If it has slipped may be a bit late for just a filter change depending on how many times its been allowed to slip. However I would put a new filter in I would not do a flush but would clean out the pan of course and go with it planning down the road for a new trans or rebuild , This may be sooner or much later no way to say for sure, I have however seen a filter change on a unit like that go for another 50k miles ,
hope for the best plan for the worst.
BTW changing the trans filter about every 30k miles is a good idea .
