Pin position 4l60e/5.3 e38 2003 tahoe I am trying to pin out a 4l60e to a green connector
and can not locate the 80 pin position (which ones) for the trans wires to check for continuity/crimps-location

Hey man, I know you asked for diagrams on the truck site, But this is a better Auto Transmission site.....So I'll post them here, Also, Post your symptoms some of the other guys might have some ideas.
You have a P59 PCM not a E38.
