Angry TCC solenoid always locked

Here's my issue, just did a Head/Cam/Intake swap on my car, and when we are trying to drive tune it, the converter is constantly locked. No matter if we command the TCC off it still stays locked. I tested this by unplugging the trans, and THEN the converter would stall up. I pulled my intake and checked the transmission harness for all that i could see and feel and couldn't see any frayed wires causing it to ground. Any other areas i should look? The car was working flawlessly before i parked it for the swap. The only grounds i touched on the car were the 3 on the back of the head, and they were nice and snug. I'm running out of options on this before i haul it to a shop.

You can drop the transmission pan and check the internal wiring harness going to the TCC solenoid for missing insulation or frayed wires.

From what the shop told me, this was the issue. Currently having a new harness installed now
