Default 98 Z28 4L80E Swap

I got the transmission installed and I'm at the wiring portion. I have an 01 Turbo truck I did the conversion on and I used the stock PCM and wiring harness. I know the 98 PCM will not control the 4L80. I have a 99-02 PCM for it, will the wiring harness work with the repin and running the wires for the speed sensor? I ask because when I ran the wires and attempted the repin and there is already wires in the 22 and 23 pin location on the red connector. If the harness will work, what do I move and swap etc.

97/98 PCM's are pinned "completely" different than '99 & up PCM's, There are a few wire's that can stay put, But the PCM swap alone is a lot of work.

That's what I figured. I got the lead on a harness out of an 02'. Probably just going to swap the harnesses out and be done with it. Thanks for the info.
