Default 4l60e acting up - won't automatically down shift and won't hold manual first

Hello, built a 4l60e about 4 months ago. Been working absolutely flawless. I've done several, no issues.

Here is the list of parts

Sonnax shift improver kit
Billet super hold 2/4 Servos
Sonnax super shell
Bw sprags
Pt4000

So, I recently changed camshafts in my ls1 swapped Iroc. Previously the transmission worked flawless. I changed cam, coil packs, and that's it. Didn't even retune it yet, took it for a drive and the car suddenly won't down shift at all automatically. If you come to a stop, it will down shift clear to second. Lockup is working, if you select manual 1st it goes into first. But, it up shifts to send at like 6000 rpm when it's commanded to do so at 7200. Also, I just noticed when I come to a complete stop, and go to move it acts like it's in neutral for a slight moment, then acts like you pull it into gear. Slight up rev then lurches forward. Tranny is holding fine in all gears, no slipping etc. I have hp tuners. Map, tps Rpm ect and iat are all working fine.

Car is speed density and running John Deere hyguard low Visc

Yup, just looking at logs here and vss is dropping to zero and accelerating normal, I initially thought it was in limp mode but I do t believe that that to be the case. No codes

Now it started locking up the back tires when you put it in manual 1 or two, leave it in drive it's fine.

Since you have HP Tuners, did you log what gear is being commanded?
If yes, please include your .cfg file so that I can see the same logged parameters.

However if your back tires are now locking up that indicates an internal problem, likely with your low/reverse clutch.

No I haven't, I need to figure out how to add the pid to log that. I've never done it before

In HP Scanner 2.xx, start at the "Table Display", move to a blank line, right click and select "Insert". Under Transmission the PID is "Trans Current Gear".

In HP Scanner 3.xx, which I barely used, you click on the left side "Channels" and add it there. It appears you have to be connected to the car to add.

Thanks, went to try that and I guess trans must be fried. Binds in all gears except neutral which now drives forward
