Here's my current HP Tune, would really like any imputs on te current tunes state. Like I was saying in my earlier posts I really want to make sure the transmission is tuned good.

Thanks

Looks pretty good, how does it shift? Pressures are more conservative then mine.

Before the sprag gave I thought it was butter smooth under light throttle and at about 50% it responded real quick and smooth. It never seemed clunky or harsh while shifting up or down. Hell I would tell people that would ask how it drove that it actually shifts smoother than my 2015 Silverado. But how it actually performed under hard throttle I actually never got to find out due to the transmission issue only put about 10-13 miles on it. But fingers crossed hopefully the Camaro will be done next week.

So you don't think the line pressures are overly high especially being how it will see much more street use?

Local Dyno shop said the idle tune is way off getting too much fuel. When I would first start the car it almost act like it was flooding and after a few miles would almost seem like it was going to have a hard time holding an idle when pulling up to a red light. The way I described it to the local shop was if the light turned red and I came to a fast stop it would die or close if I didn't save it. But if I was to ease up to the light it would be fine

No, if it was mine I'd up them.

Performabuilt told me to put my line pressure back to stock. They modify it (top of the line 60) mechanically. He said if I don't put it back to stock the 1-2 shift will be neck snapping and I WILL break parts. Sent the PCM back out for re-tune Monday. I'm no expert, just going by what the experts that built my trans told me.

With my line pressures bumped up my shifts were pretty smooth with no jerking or snapping between gears. Having those line pressures elevated a bit might be also what made the car feel responsive transmission wise. Finish Line said same thing, so what are the stock line pressure levels considered at?

I did notice, with my tune, it works perfect with a stock trans, when I went to a built unit (both times) the 1/2 was harsh at light throttle.....think creeping through a parking lot light throttle. I had to revise it in that area and soften it some, but I did not alter higher throttle pressures and those still felt good. Other then that it remained identical as I swapped from stock to modified 4l60Es.

Default Broken Transmission pics and NEW Mark Williams Driveshaft Pics

Well transmission is done and guess a reverse sprag was the culprit? I got a couple of pics from the shop that they sent me. They are thinking the Dyno was most likely the cause to the sprag giving something about not having a load on it? But if that is the case I'm defiantly going to be a little shy about ever getting back onto a Dyno.

Also posted a few pics of the Mark Williams Alum Accu-Bond Driveshaft!! Wow what a work of art from Mark Williams!! I also did all of their Yokes & U-Joints, they balance with Yokes attached as it will be in the car. Pretty trick company and couldn't be more impressed with craftsmanship!! This driveshaft is defiantly overkill for my application but super pleased from them.
