Default Noise when engaging into gear

Hello guys. I have an 01 ws6. the last month or so I have been experiencing a rattling or a fast clicking type noise when shifting from park to drive and even drive to reverse then the noise goes away once I start moving. my initial thought is flex plate bolts but haven't looked yet. any insight would be appreciated. thanks

Maybe you can get someone to record it with their phone and you can post it up
here so we can hear it.
My son is describing the same thing with his 2004r.

Check the exhaust system. Possibly some loose shielding, clamps etc.
