I jst a gto but trans is toast 3rd/4th are out gona send trans for rebuild but was told I wouldn't b able to re-use the stall because of possible burnt trans debris like metal shavings etc.. Is it possible I can send the converter bak to them n have it opened up cleaned up n look at ..keep in mind i jst got the car so I am not original person who bought the converter would it matter?? Can I still send it in myself to get serviced n around how much do they charge..thanks in advance any info will help

It would best to call and ask precision but I wouldn't see a reason for them to not freshen it up for you.

IF they wont freshen it for you we can do a freshen up on it for you no problem.

Also remember to flush out the cooler and lines.
If its a multiple path cooler, I would suggest replacing it.
