Default Choosing the right 4l80e

Right now I have a 99 lq4 motor in my 67 c10 with a turbo 350 behind it. I'm looking to put in a 4l80e over the winter. Is there a certain year trans I have to use because of the longer crank? I have no core at all so I'm starting from scratch. Thanks

No, the longer crank doesn't matter; it is even an advantage.
To use a 4L80E with a short-crank LSx motor you have to add a crank spacer.
That spacer adds the offset of the longer crank; so you don't even need the spacer.
