Default GMPP TPS and VSS signals from ECM Bulkhead connector

Working on installing an LS376 crate engine and a 4L80e in a '67 Impala. I bought the GM ECM kit 19354332 to run the engine and an older TCI TCU (377000) for the trans. It turns out there is a "bulkhead" connector in the wire harness which provides both VSS and TPS signals which are needed for the trans.

Both of these are single pins in the bulkhead connector. However, the VSS input on the TCI controller is signal is 2 wires--VSS High and Low. The TPS signal is three wires; 5V+, signal and ref.

Question: Should I connect the bulkhead's VSS output to the Signal High side of the VSS connector and the TPS output to the signal pin on the TPS connector? And the other pins just get left unconnected?

THANKS
