Default 6.0 iron block work with 4l60e?

I have a 408 being built right now for my 98z, my question: will my flexplate and the 4l60e bolt right up without any problems or mods? if so what would I need? Thanks for all your help! Chris

i have the 6.0 and ran the 4l60e for a while and worked fine and the flex plate as well.
