Default Does a high stall converter reduce rwhp?

I'm installing a Super Yank 3500 and am wondering if this may reduce my vette's rwhp?

Thanks.

You will probably have a PEAK number of about 5-10 RWHP less. But the real question is....what does that matter? Answer...it doesn't matter in any way.

BTW, lock the converter on the dyno and it'll be higher than with the stock converter unlocked.

you will be able to utilize the power you are making. witha stock TC you may be able to make more power, but most of the time you wont be able to use it.
