Default Kevin - TCI, TCU VSS question...

Kevin,
I'm running my 4L80-E with a TCI TCU. I'd like to split the VSS signal to feed both the TCU and the PCM. Is there a splitter or adapter to do that?

I'm currently getting VSS to the cluster and ABS from the Gear Vendors OD, but the PCM is not seeing it.

Also, any chance on seeing a Firmware version that will support TCC unlock at high-speed WOT?

Thanks for your help.
-James

Hi James,

There is not a splitter for the TOSS signal just yet, but you could splice into the wires and that should work.

There are no immediate plans for a firmware revision to alter the TCC lockup. However the Gen II stuff will have that provision.

Thanks for the information Kevin, I'll try the splice.

Gen-II TCU...?
Cool! The TCU I have works so flawlessly and predictably I can't imagine wanting to upgrade, but i suppose I'll keep an open mind. I still haven't made up some paddle switches for it yet... no time!

Thanks again,
-James
