Default Transmission fluid?

My TC is going in on Sat. and we are going to change the trans. fluid and filter. My question is; What is the recomended transmission fluid that I should use? What should I avoid no matter what the ads say? It is the 4L60E and a daly driver, track use is minimal at about once a month. THANKS.

If it's a "carbon clutch" material like my TCI, avoid the
hell out of B&M Trick Shift fluid - put a big hurt on mine.
All depends on the clutch material. Best bet is to get
PI's recommendation and respect it.

I Don't know about the clutch material and I could not find it. The TC is a Vigilante 3200 stall.

For synthetic fluid, Amsoil & Redline Dexron III are good. For non synthetic fluid, Mobil & Aamco Dexron III do well.
