MM98 has the same quarts I do.
Trans was out and flipped and drained (transgo kit installed) new Vig TC and 2 quart more trans pan.
I put 11.5 in and topped it off with another 1/2 quart. Right on the fulll mark at temp.

I just put in a new tc last night... I have a deep pan with a drain plug so all I did was drain the pan, then pull the trans and converter. It took me about 11-12 quarts to top it off. (dont know exact amount because I had some tranny fluid left over in a couple different gallon jugs)
