Default New intake.... Tranny problems?

I was wondering if there was any relationship between the intake I built and the jerky shifts between 1st and 2nd. Its a 2004 5.3 4x4 auto, the trucks only got 6000 miles on it. There was no immediate change, but every now and then after coming to a stop and taking off the shift seems a little shaky. The maf sensor is in pretty much the same location as stock, does it have to be a certain distance from the TB to work properly? Ive also heard of the charging system causing the tranny to act up, and the dealer fix was adding additional grounding wire to engine block. Its really unpredictable, and Ive had it at dealer once for this, and when they saw the truck with a lift, exhaust, homemade intake, and k&n they already had their mind made up what the problem was.

Make sure that there is not vacuum leaks or anything, the Ltrims play havoc with the tranny

whatever you do, don't change the air flow for about 3-4 inches before and after the maf, even with a screen harsh bends will SCREW the maf signal and screw an A4 tranny since it depends on it. (this can be retuned, the maf but im saying stock maf cal)
