TCI 3500 is locking in 3rd or 4th gear and OD My converter was working perfectly untill about a month ago, now under light acceleration it will lock in either 3rd or 4th gear not sure wich one. This brings the RPM down to about 1300 or so. And then 1-3 seconds later will unlock and RPMs will jump back up to about 2000-2400 depending on how much gas I am giving it. This all happens around 28-34 MPH. I have lockup set to 40mph and it will lock up just fine when it reaches 40mph.

no, I have just changed some shift points with HP tuners, but only on 1st and 2nd gear.
