Red face Just got a Camaro with a TC, hows it work?

I know this is a pretty dumb question but I have never owned a LS1 A4 with a stall. I think the car has a 2800 stall or around there. Do I just hold the break and gas and it will hold it? Someone give me some tips on racing this car

thanks

my 01 is a 4l60e, yank pt4200 combo, basically when i race it at the track it will stall to just over 3k rpm (3200 at the most) with slicks on the car, so i stage and brake hard then bring the rpm to 2500 and then slowly move it up from there to close to 3k. i have had the best results launching at 3k rpm cutting 1.5x 60' times with a full weight car and just bolt ons. i would find a point with your verter to where it brakes the tires lose and then start working from there. just find a point where it launches hard and doesn't spin hard and you should be good to go.
