Default My tranny feels like its slipping when I stall it up?

I go to footbrake it and when the RPMs reach about 1800 it sounds or feels like the tranny is slipping. I checked the fluid recently and it isn't brown or anything. What should I do? And yes, I do have a converter (SS3800)

Under WOT the shifts feel fine. Its just when you go stall it up you don't feel the "power" being held back. It has only happend once, and I think that I might of just been dreaming.
